Since the PSX version is so readily available, I'd say that makes the PC version unabandoned (I know that's not a word). You have to remember that idea of abandonware is to support the publishers. If Abandonia gives away the PC version, then why would anyone buy the PSX version?
But, if we lived in some sort of bizzaro universe where the PSX was impossible to find and only the Gamecube update was in stores, then yeah, the PC version could be considered abandoned because giving away a crummy PC port isn't going to hurt the sales of the vastly superior GCN version.
By the by: Who comes up with these console abbreviations? Where is the “x” in Playstation? Or the “n” in Gamecube, for that matter? Stupid gaming press…
