There is a lot zelda like games for snes/genesis that you can play using emulators, but you can't ask about them here, as this is mostly dos emulation.

If you like strategy games, then try civilization 2 (if you haven't yet) and settler 2 (this one requires VDMSound or DOSBox to run properly on XP).

If you own GBA, I suggest you to try Final Fantasy 1 & 2 and FF Tactics.
