Speaking of crap, what technique are you using to determine the motivation behind Bush's nomination of Roberts? Seriously, I've yet to uncover a reliable mind-reading technique, but if you've found one, please share.

This is just speculation based on what we know of Bush (Bush being one of the most public people in the world) and his past decisions.
