Yeah but I got norten internet security and my dads the one who controls that and I dont like turning it off to see websites cause then stupid programs I dont want download themselves onto my computer.

 cause the other post is closed....but can you block ip adresses at Forums or just only the members??? Just to know, maybe it can come handy when i needed...

The IP ranges can be blocked so that a person accessing from that IP cannot login to the forums
