Result of early scoutism: Yagoton seems to be already in danger to the SE. The police station to the SE (Newbould Place Police Dept [49, 16]) is currently under attack, with one zombie outside and one zombie inside. The building 2 south of that police station, which happen to also be a necro tech building (the Serrell Building [49, 18]), have 9 (!) zombies outside and who knows how many inside.

If you want some action, that's where to head folks. I'm currently there in the PD with no ammo left and no AP left, chances are that I'll die unless someone else do something in the PD. At least there is a sound number of people there.
