Can I use 2 Necro Torches at once and get their bonuses?

I think an Anni with middle-good stats would cost somewhere around 3-5 Ist runes, and a nearly perfect Anni (one like I have) would cost already 8-10 Ists. Low Anni could go for 2 Ist runes, so yes, might go for a Ber rune.
A low torch wouldn't cost more than an Um or Mal, unless it's a Paladin torch. But a torch with middle stats and upward will cost an Ist and more, perfect one can go out for 3 Ist.

And no, you can't use more than one torch on a character, same as Anni. Only one of each unique charms pro a character.
