Great game! Past first elections, and invaded Asia, France, Eastern Europe, nearly the whole of Africa, nearly the whole of Oceania and nearly the whole of the Middle East. (And some of South America, and Cuba).

Sometimes when I surrender I take control of the country anyway. Is this a bug?

I've played this game to death. Its definetly the best abandonware game i've found. One major flaw is when you take control of a country then set up a new government it sometimes isnt aligned to you. Thats annoying. i'd really like to play Cyber Judas now . It should be available for free shouldnt it?

I would really like to play CyberJudas but it still costs money. (Who owns the rights?)

It's not ESA protected, so the only factor that prevents us from putting it up for download is the little itty bitty thing that it's still for sale.
And in case you wanted to ask: no, there is no circumventing that one.

Can anyone help? The game does start but it stops at the Shadow President logo, I can't play.

Your problem description is insufficient for us to provide a proper answer.

Please answer the following questions:
1. What operating system do you have?
2. Did you try using VDMSound or DosBox to run the game?
3. What exact steps did you follow when trying to run the game?

Ok I'm a bit further I found out that my problem can be solved with DOSbox which is great. However now my problem is, after reading the manual I'm more confused about how it works as before. I have NO idea how to opperate DOSbox to get Shadow President Running.

BTW I have XP.

You might want to check out the official DosBox FAQ, and particularly this part of it. It is quite helpful for users unfamiliar with DosBox.
