If you register on the forum, you can attach files to your posts (up to 500 KB) without having to use Sendspace/Rapidshare/etc.

Wait for 48 hours. go to the council building, just above the area where you will be when you load. once inside the building, just wait. It will take you to the cinematic that will ultimately end with you talking to Sebaih-Giz Frill. once you say goodbye, just save and post that you're done. Thanks.
