I'm not used to using the command line in DOSbox, usually I can just click and drag the correct executable file into DOSbox.[/b]

When you run DOSBox through its appropriate shortcut (the ones in desktop and Start menu) you get the command line prompt.

And since it is clear you have little experience running DOSBox using the command prompt interface, I once again suggest you read the Beginner's Guide.
You can either set up Norton Commander in DOSBox (which gives you a nice mouse-operated GUI) or use the DIR commands within the games' directory to identify the runnable files there. Try them one by one until you find the right one.
