try different ftp client, even default windows explorer can do the job, just paste the ip in to the adress bar

Yup, the IE should do the trick (although I personally still use the Web CEO).

- try it without Firewall.
- try FTP-Programm again with passive Modus enabled. Horseman made a Guide for FTP. look into it.
