Quiz answers. And Forum search?
As a suggestion, I recommend you post the answer to the Screenshot Quiz after somebody guesses.
As a comment, where the hell's a forum searching option gone? Ahha, found the forum tools, a glitch in my browsers set-up. Last edited by Neobros; 20-11-2007 at 08:50 AM. Reason: Browser script |

Hi, the reason why the answer is not given after voting is because the answer could be distributed afterwards... someone could register a fake account just to get the answer
 But you're right, it would be useful to know what the game in question was the next day when the new quiz starts. I suppose I can add a link to "View yesterday's answer" or something similar. Thanks for the tip, it is a good one

i got the answer of today wrong because it showed the picture of yesterday.
Maybe the cache age can set lower for that image ? or generating it on the fly |

ah, good point.... I think the safest thing to do would be to give it a random name every day... I will look into it, thanks for the tip

a php file serving the contents of the image should be quite safe as well i think.

Still some QUIZ problems.
I guess the screenshots are playing tricks on me. Just now I got a screenshot of Blockout (you can't miss it, the screenshot even has a small game title written in it), but the answer was wrong (the game for today is different, but the picture didn't change). Still the weirdest thing is, that yesterday it wasn't Blockout either (so I don't know where the screenshot came from. |

Blockout was .... friday or saterday ? won 5 pieces of something then.
Today it's ... something else. Have already my 5 pieces. Seems you have a cache problem.
