MDK as far as i can remember does NOT stand for muder death kill.
there is millions of theorys as to what it means: the 3 main characters had initials M , D and K for instance. it was never known what it really stood for. |

The initials of the gaming characters does spell out the name:
Max (the 6-legged, gun-toting, robotic dog) Dr. Hawkins (the genius) Kurt Hectic (the hero) But the common presumption is that it stands for Murder Death Kill, and that is what we stick to. Shiny has never said what it means. and why should we bother to speculate?

i have an old copy of PC gamer somewere where they had a competition for the best meaning of MDK. SHINY never released what it ment and it is believed to have been a private joke between developers.
