yea, you're right it does sound like civilization, but its nothing like it.
its kinda like 1st person view or something. You got a scene, and you have to find things and "put them together" so you can move on, do new things and new technologies. Edit1: I maybe think i got it from a NEO cd. but im not sure. Edit2: once again im unsure. cause this is not the neo-geo thing you can google for. this was cd's with loads of games on it, and i think it was called NEO.
