I have tried to switch to C drive by typing that command, but it says "Drive C does not exist! You must mount it first. Type intro or intro mount for more information." Also, I have downloaded Fallout from a site that states I need to download DOSBox in order to run it. So that is what I am attempting to do. I have the Fallout game file downloaded and just sitting there in WinRAR Archive.

well if you think so.. in any case, which directory do you want to mount as your virtual drive?

what are the commands you typed in autoexec in dosbox.conf?

mount C C:\DOS\CDrive
mount D E:\ -t cdrom
C:

Try this, get rid of that CLS and you'll see what's wrong.
My guess: C:\dos\cdrive has a typo or so , check your folder path whilst in Windows to see if it's 100% correct.
And mount your CDdrive as D: in dosbox, always better.

Caps are irrevelant, you made a typo, believe me.
[Edit]
And again : check FIRST whilst in windows, NOT in dosbox, be sure there are no spaces or so in your folder names.

[Edit²]
I may suppose you created c:\dos\cdrive ?
