I think, though I'm not totally sure, that the legal implications of ROMs are much more serious than with abandonware.
Anyway, even if they were legal, I personally wouldn't be happy to see them here. This isn't a site about console games! |

yes but super nintendo id dead its not like gba or anything but i do respect tht u dont want to see them here i just thnk we could add i small section no reviews needed.it wont ruin anything it might also bring in more ppl!

I just have a feeling that the companies take it much more seriously with ROMs.
I don't know but I have downloaded them in the past and there are so many more legal disclaimers and instructions than with abandonware so I guess it must be more serious if you put ROMs up for download!  |
