![]() In the late '70s, I obtained a (used) console game called "Tanks" that hooked to a TV's antenna input.
The game screen was in black and white, and had tiny 2D military tanks (aerial view) that you could maneuver around and fire. Two players could battle each other, or one could play against the computer. The computer AI was similar to that in Asteroids (tanks would move across the screen at intervals and fire randomly). The graphics were pretty lousy though (somewhat "snowy") and gameplay was a bit slow (lol, even for a tank). Hmmm... I might still have that thing somewhere. [wanders off muttering to himself]
