Dark Seed II download might be corrupt
I downloaded Dark Seed twice, once in Chrome and once in IE8. Both times the file size was about right but the zip file wouldn't extract. I think it might be corrupt.

Try a different unpacker. I've heard more recent versions of WinZip have issues when opening archives created with older versions of the utility.

I have downloaded it and succesfully extracted it with an old version of WinRAR.
It's not corrupted IMO, follow Horseman advice and keep us updated. Last edited by Dave; 16-03-2010 at 04:23 PM. |

Windows explorer in-built compression stuff works fine too.

I can't get the game window size to be bigger than 1/4 of the screen, aligned to top left corner, any ideas?

I tried 800x600 which is the lowest my geforce 7600 GT will go - 16 bit
 didnt work |

In that case, you'll have to run it in a virtual machine (with an older version of Windows set up in the VM first).
