So it does appear i was on the right track by changing the directx version in the autorun to 0, It just didn't cross my mine to copy the contents then make a new ISO
 silly me Lets hope this works

So far it seems to have worked ,the games actually installing now...lets hope it actually WORKS once i play it though!

Yea, worked fine
And russ, i was reaaaally hyper that night. Anyways, i got it to install after switching the DX version to 0 then creating a new ISO file. Worked like a charm. New York shall be mine!
