![]() Is that just how Adobe Reader X is now? If so, it's a huge step back. Last one I used was v8. And it loaded PDFs progressively with a status bar in the bottom. Now I just get a huge blue status bar until the PDF is fully loaded. I tried Foxit, but wanted to try out the new protected mode for Adobe Reader. If I use Foxit, I'll need to figure out how to change the default PDF icons because I'm more used to the red icons and they contrast better with my desktop.
