One flaw I've noticed is, the letters in the bag don't seem to be randomized very well. All the hard letters usually get drawn at the beginning, and a lot of T's, E's, and N's come out near the end. There's usually a shortage of vowels near the beginning and an overabudance of them at the end. Any way to fix this?
