Can somebody help me I dont know how to start playing the game when I press setup it say

"You have now access to the 'Compatibility' tab when you dispaly a shortcut's properties...

Press any key to continue..." Then I press a key and it says:

"Now setting up registry... Please answer the next question with 'YES'.

Press any key to continue..." Than another window appears and it says:

"Are you sure you want to add the information in ttdx.reg to the registry?


Yes No" If I press no it all turns off. Iff I press yes it says:

"Cannot import ttdx.reg: Error opening the file. There may be a disk or file system error." So please somebody help me.

Is there Any way to get the multiplayer...Working????

I been play this a few weeks again now and i forget how to update my stuff after they get too old?

I think the game automatically buy you a new vehicle of the same model if you forget to change it past a certain time (I've seen some of my vehicles 2 years older than usual still running) but if you talk about upgrading an old vehicle with a new model and still use the same route, here how to:

Open your depot window and your new vehicles window. Sell the vehicle and immediatly buy a new one. You'll have a small delay for this but make sure you don't wait too long. When done correctly the old route will already be integrated in the new model memory just like the scrapped model. Just make sure it does run at the right target (especially for trains) after the exchange and you are done. k:

Also, I tend to make my vehicles get serviced sooner than the suggested default, but I judge this about the % reliability of the vehicle. Anyways, the service time will be default for the new model so make sure to change it back if, like me, you don't like it.

OMG if I knew that one week ago... it would have saved me loads of time! but now i know this game is even better, i always thought that that was the only negative point to this game. This game really is loads of fun, once you get the hang of it.

When you begin to feel confident enough you could always try my Transport Tycoon Deluxe 1000000000$ Challenge... I feel quite unchallenged on that one...

i too have the problem that it cant install properly cause of the ttdx.reg file or something (i cant remember at the moment) can someone please help with this?

got it run the runme!.reg in the root directory of the extracted files LOL cant belive i missed it LOL

I had problem resuming saved game. It won't start. Will have to figure that one out later.
