In my opinion the Templar from Shadowbane and the Paladin from Diablo II had to have been the most enjoyable classes I have played in a game both in terms of the basic fun factor and balance with the other classes. I guess they just worked for me being the perfect balance of brute force and effective unique and most importantly “cool skills.” Flying around with flaming wings while kicking behind with a giant sword and catching everything on fire was great in Shadowbane, and the various auras along with the ability to turn the tables in a fight by converting my enemies and healing my allies seemed to suit me just fine not to mention fist of the heavens. So in your opinion what is your favorite class from any game both in terms of how much you enjoyed playing it along with how it worked with the other classes in the game?
