Clone CD can do this and there are no doubt many many others with similar abilities. Clonce CD is not free though.

DAEMON-Tools (http://daemon-tools.cc) is THE best cd-emulator around..
have used it for yeas flawless.. reals all major formats, including faked DVD's... a MUST have.. i've copied all my original cd's to my HD, and stored them in a dark and safe place..

Sounds like a good idea for a game like Master of Magic which has a comparatively small archive, but for larger games it would just put too much strain on the server. At the very least we'd have to introduce a size-limit...
