There really shouldn't be any reasons to know both sides of the story. We ban when there is no other option. And someone getting banned will always know why.

as a theorethist I agree with you, but every time I see one fo these threads it looks like they don't. I wasn't by any means implying that they are inecents, but maybe treated harhsley? my beliefs are that all people are basicaly good (at least from their point of view), and there's anothing a few several-day-suspnesions can't cure. But after all, I'm just a theorethesist.
