That one is easy to get - you can buy it at act 2 normal difficulty, at Fara. Will require many runs to WP out of town and back though, before you'll find it. Nobody with some healthy amount of brain would pay an UM-rune for a 3x socketed breastplate with 15%ED / 15%dura, though still many do.

Anyhoo, my last chance of getting some nice low-to-mid runes is the Countess. Since it's not that hard to kill her even in hell. And if she drops a Key, well then - things will get even better. Altho with my 1.5K BSpear damage - even act1 Hell sucks bigtime. Good thing is that I got a handy mountain companion along with me, so using BSpear on enemies from a safe distance is made easier.
I don't understand this:

Teeth lvl 25 over
BSpear lvl 32
BSpirit lvl 30
BoneWall lvl 11

With all these skillpts I only do 1.5K damage? Bleh. Smiters do 10K over and a Sorc I know does 28K, the hell is with the math of my skills???? :wallbash:

LOL, it works Himmler. Nowhere in D2 can you possibly get a better chance of getting socketed items, than from Normal Difficulty act1 and act2. Why? Because the stuff is useless without the runes in them and only Normal hosts the crappy stuff.
BTW, does key finding require any mf? Cause I've done atleast 7-8 Countess runs and still nada to be found.

How can you NOT have found 3 socket Breast Plate from Fara? Seriously now. Buying Socketed items in act 1 and 2 is easier than buying magic items.

3 socket breastplate is the most common of all to find btw. Maybe he never looked .
