Im trying to run a dos game that needs pure dos, but Im having some problem here...

I simply cant make a boot disk that gives me access to c:

Every boot disk i tryed get me to the a: prompt and doesn´t allow me to go to c: (invalid drive)

Anyone knows what kind of problem this is?
