St. Thomas - Does Anyone Know It?

Hi, I´m looking for a strategy game I played years ago. Does anyone here know about St. Thomas? You play the german regent of a small carribean island, have to trade, conquer other islands, etc. I googled for it, but there where almost no hints where to find it. Can anyone here help me?

I know that germans had colonies in the Pacific but had no idea they had in the Caribbean. (sp?) How old is this game? For what system?

Is this the game you are looking for? I could not find much about it. (DOS title from 1999 made by some German company)
