After you do all you should on the island, simply return to the boat. Should work!

You can't. You need to break the window (use the tool from the trunk of your car).

It may sound silly, but I am stuck INSIDE the pulled over car. I am checking the interior of the car, and i can't get out. I guess there should be an exit sign appearing somewhere on the side of the screen but it doesn't do that. Could it be because I use DOSBox and it maybe 'cuts' that piece of my screen?

This game is unbelievably short! It ends almost before it starts. Even without an walkthrough it took less than 4 hours to complete. There is only 3 situations on duty and the rest is investigation. WAY too short.
