it s the black guy, probably a former boxer, displayed with the american flag in the background! he s got a crew-cut, is pretty tall and has quiet some muscles.
he can do that punch, where he lifts u up with one hand grabbing you by the throat and then hitting u with force with the other on ur head from above!

i mean wow owo wow owo cool!! LOL sweet this game actualy realy hard though (good thing is there were lots of cheats for it on the SNES) BTW that guys name is jak or jax! :guns:

The Big Guy with Muscles is called Jax, he is a special agent type guy looking to rescue Sonya Blade from Shao Kahn in Outworld which is why he joined the Tournament.
