Well, my real name is Tom. Me being a Drenth (a Dutch province) I liked a local band very much (Skik) who came with a song called "Tomme". In Drenths, tomme means goddammit. My first contact with the net was during my wasted years (teen) so goddammit seemed like a perfect nick. Offcourse I had to spice it up, so I replaced the o with a 0 and dropped the capital T.
Later my Frisian girlfriend pointed out that "tomme" means "little thumb" in Frisian... :eeeeeh:

I actually have two nicknames:
1: Grinder (sometimes CodeGrinder) because that is a character from a book who is a hacker (i like pcs) and is very small (like me) 2: LhX because there once was a game called LHX Attack Chopper. Not that i liked the game, i just liked the helicopter... |
