There was a Diablo movie? where? WHERE???

Also is there a doom movie trailer yet? I think a Silent Hill movie would be good if they did it right (which they are making now and Konami is working close with em.

God, just give me ANY good game to movie conversion to watch and I would be pleased. There have been some standable (because I am forgiving)..but never a really good one.

Thank god for the recent wave of good Comic>movie conversions.

Possibly good game to move translations and the other way around:

Warhammer 40,000 (Either base it on the Horus Hiersay or the Battle for Maccrage and you got some goood action.)

Death of a Salesman: The game! (LOL)

Space/Kings/Police Quest (for glory): The movie: Any movie based on the quests get a thumbs up. You know, unless its by Uwe Boll.

Friday the Thirteenth: Oh wait, they already made a craptastic versions for the NES.

5 Days/7 Days: Oh come on, when the man who makes him reviews horror movies for a living, you got something that falls into the bag.

Oh, Leisure suit Larry. Cast John Lovitz as Larry and you got it.

Yeah that would be nice. But it would cost zillions of dollars to make it at least "believable". And they would probably soften the whole universe in fear of being rated PG or something.
Is your avatar from Jagged Alliance ? That game rocked ! :guns:

This has been beaten to pulp countless times over about every 40k board in existence. The universe is so hugely developed, that a movie would last about 6 hours, 4 or 5 of which would be the introduction alone. It would also be nigh on incomprehensible to non-40k'ers, thus vastly limitng the audience.

if they did them as movies they would have to start with the book space marine as an introduction to the universe. (for the non 40kers) then somehow fit the horus heresy into two three hour movies.

Yeah, but can you imagine how the movie producers would dumb the plot down? Then they'd probably make it so that Emperor would be Nurgle's long-lost twin brother or something similarily nonsense.

That is horrid. Though it could be done. I meanif they make it a two parter, you never what could happen. Though if you're worried about the plot, your better off sticking to Maccrage.
