Im one of the smartest inmy year plus for english maths and science i am currently gradeing @ levels that are equivalant to C in GCSE despite the fact im in Yr 9

You should let anyone vote for everybody. And in period of a month (more/less) collect votes and close voting and make list of first...I don't know....maybe 20!
