Augh...after seeing that, I never want to eat McDonalds or fast food ever ever again...granted, I haven't for a year and a half, as well as processed sugar, but still...that was absolutely disgusting!

If when you say "processed sugar" you mean the sugar found in cafe's to put in your coffe, I made my brother eat 20 of those satchels at once. LOL

He spewed it all up on the sidewalk right in front of the cafe. LOL

I think that you're an idiot if you eat at macdonalds, no question about it. Eating fast food destroys the environment, tortures animals, and destroys your body. I think it's worse then smoking.

You are a very evil mean person for doing that to your brother...and also incredibly hilarious, and I would very much like to be your friend! Also, when I say processed, I guess I meant to say refined, meaning I only eat Whole Wheat pasta and bread and stuff made with wheat flour, not white. And I don't eat stuff like candy, soda, most junk foods. Pretty much, if the sugar has been added for taste, and if it is within the first five or ten ingredients on the nutritional information, I don't eat it. I lost like, 20 pounds in three weeks (popped my eight pack out again), and have never felt better in my life. I get my sugar from fruit and veggies and stuff like that, and I've been off of sugar for so long now that an orange will taste like candy in my mouth (as will most fruits.) Sugar free for one year, four months, and seventeen days. Go me!

If this was over 25 years ago, it might be true. Otherwise it's BS, since Harlan Sanders died in 1980. Besides, who wants to eat the same thing every day?
