Ok I can't even get the game to start. I have used DOS box a million times before and this is the first game that it happens to. So some questions. 1: Which file do I click or open in dos box to play the game. 2: How come when I run Anvil Original it asks me to put in discs which I don't have. I am so confused help please.

I remember this game well. My mom got it for me on Easter. It scared the hell out of me, especially that first dungeon. Oooh... and those big monkey guys. I was terrified of them. My character was funny as hell, though. He was that big guy and I had him wearing a suit of armor made of seashells, a bloody shield covered in spikes, and a reed hat. He looked like a fool. It was very, very hard. Might have been my playstyle, though. Back then I believed in all brawn and no brain. I had to give up because I simply couldn't stand up to some of the latter fights. Might have to give this one another shot.

I have a DOSBOX problem too. Load it up and get to the screen with the characters to choose and I click on them and no response! What gives? Tried D-Fend with every option, tried D.O.G. as well, all same result! Anyone had this problem and solved it? Thanks in advance!

Got the game working. Thought there was supposed to be digital speech from the NPC's, but when I tick the voices box in options, game freezes. Does this download have speech or can you only have text? Thanks for any help and seasons greetings!

AFAIK, this version is a rip and does not contain speech.

They should tell you what's missing when they say it's a CD-Rip!! When its over 50mb you think you are going to get the digitized speech! Grrrr!

Let's hope for a better New Year!

It's an ED2K link. Start up eMule, go to [Tools]->[Paste ED2K Links], paste this link there and start downloading.
