Lands of Lore 2 is a great game, but it doesn't compare to the first Lands...

I don't know, I played it some times, and I liked it as much as the first game. Not in small part beause of the great digital music in it, which is really impressive. But also the story is very good one, unfolding with the game's progress, and the locations are very interesting, too. For example this alien castle that's like a mix of Alien movies and UFO's, or Dracoid Ruins that are just plain creepy.
But anyway, this is a topic about the first game, and it's about time for me to play Lands of Lore again since long, long time.

A very little known secret: in White Tower level 1 is a chest that contains nothing... or at least if you didn't pick succesfully at the first attempt!

Anybody played Lands of Lore III? Another great game, but because EA took over Westwood, the game had to be finished in a rush, leaving it with tons of bugs! :ranting:

If it weren't for this, this game would be just as great as Lands of Lore II, if not greater.

Nothing new today, it's currently the default policy to finish the games in a rush and release them with many bugs, sending patches after. Good anyway that I didn't buy Lands of Lore III yet, seeing as it has so many bugs (I hate game bugs).

Really, Westwood wasn't known for releasing games full of bugs.
