I hate FPS's too...

They are ok for about 15 minutes or so then they are boring...

Its really irritating going to LAN Sessions, 'cause everyone else wants to play FPS's all the time... :ranting:

On the odd ocasion when I can convince them to play a game of Warcraft III or Star craft, it lasts 30 to 45 minutes, I kill them all , then we end up playing Unreal or Counterstrinke or something for the next 3 hours!!!

and even when we play Unreal, they always want to play Deathmatch. Deathmatch, Deathmatch, Deathmatch! :ranting:

What about Assault or Onslaught?

Those are really Cool!!!

Those are really Cool!!!

The Craft series is a step in the right direction, but I prefer simulators, rpg, adventure and turn based strategy. That's my cup of tea.

I think Wolfenstein: ET would be great for you, it' team based, so without a good strategy you can't win, it's still fast and you can sit at machineguns and stuff just like in UT's Onslaught, but with even deeper tactics, because you can choose between a few classes(it's still an FPS), but most important of all it's totally free, but there is no single-player...

ET it's a really wonderfull game, but I wouldn't say that you have to use any tactic. In clan matches ofcourse, it's necessary, but in ffa everyone do what he wants to. But Marek, you should try it anyway. It's the online shooter I've ever played.

Well I haven't played it but I think that I would like a cooperative multiplayer that's free(well almost)...

Why is everyone bashing it again?

@Unholy: I forgot to mention that joining a clan adds to the game, I saw a few clan battles and it's really great!

I really, really hate Halo 2. Sorry, fanboys, but a campaign with no actual ending?

I also dislike - Everquest. Reason why? The people who play it are annoying, you have to grind at it for ages and it has about 10 skins or something ridiculous. Everone looks the same, everyone acts the same and that's because their minds have been SuBtLy AlTeReD!

Not only that but it costs a lot to buy and even more to play (like ?100 a year). It's not worth it when there are better alternatives.

Ooh, ooh, also I dislike Deus Ex: Invisible War. Reason Why? It removed just about anything that kept Deus Ex cool. Deus Ex was pure genius, it was a game to get nervous about, a game to fall in love with. Deus Ex: Invisible War took away that feel to the game and replaced it with a simple RPG/Shooter.

i haven't played eq yet but halo 2 makes a good multiplayer (if you have a few friends who like to play it that is :P) so don't be so quick to bring it down. i must agree with you on DX:IW though (it came with my xbox and i completed it quickly) and i have to say its poor compared to the original on pc (PS2 conversion sucked balls)
