Thanks for the suggestion, but I looked it up and that's not it.

I remember that while playing part of the screen was the top-down view, and part was a little map/radar screen, if that helps...

Well, the CGA was yellow and pinkish graphics, and there are 3 tanks instead of four, I was pretty close for not playing it in almost 20 years.
