I'd try different packing programs. Try WinRAR or TugZip.

Maybe it's sort of an "translation"-problem. Probably the other programs can handle the archive.

I'd suggest maintenance on your HDD, either defragment the drive or check for errors. If neither works out, check your memory.

the problem sorted out (i duuno how)
looks like i was really unlucky and all the files actually were corrupted, all seems to be working fine now
