do ya mean a Commodore SX-64?

my very own first computer was a C64, was too young to live in the Vic20 era. <_<

I too am a commodore enthusiast. My first was a PET computer, then a VIC20, and then a C=64. Unfortunately I never went for the C=128 or amiga (By then we were PC bound) but fond memories abound.

I don't remember either of the games you described, and I don't konw of any VIC20 emulators, but I just got the ultimate C=64 collection, the famous "gamebase 64" collection running on my computer and I'll never need another C=64 game again, so perhaps I should start hunting for ol' vic.

they were bulky computers . when we moved house (a long time ago) my parents insisted that I leave the two that I had along with a massive collection of 5 1/4 disks for them. probably had something to do with the 5 pc's I also had in my room and assorted parts also

This reminds me, I accedantaly stumbled upon an exibition of old hardware exibits. Some things were rather interesting

A 2GB storage device weighing at 20 kilos.

Various sizes of floppy disks.

The first personal computer Sinclair ZX81 at a widely afordable price.

On the left, first IBM portable computer!

The same computer packed up for transport

The computers on display are from the personal collection of Jože Rappl (dipl. ing.), the director of ABC Pomurka Computer inginiering (he also gave me the explicit permision to publically show the photoes and the hand that holds the portable IBM computer is his ).

wow, I never suspected, that there are so many C64 fans around here, and that You'll mention all these games I played as a young boy

I loved Dizzy, Giana Sisters and many more games

I was very nervous when I realized that Golden Axe on C64 wasn't playable on tape (or I had a corrupted version) - I never had enough money for floppies to that computer ...

And one last question - anyone played Wizard of Wor? One of my favourites - especially in cooperative k:

I had an Atari 2600 console when it was already greatly obsolete and recently I was amazed to learn that it had 128 bytes of RAM (bytes not kilobytes). L0L I'm afraid it's not Vista-ready.
