I would say AGS forum is YabbSE!
In new version of YabbSE, you can also see "new" icons near topics you never entered.

Is this forum "created" in Invision Power Board? I though it was "created" in phpBB!

Now it is created by Invision Power Board. Before the layout of the site was changed, it was in phpBB, looking relative different.

Yabb SE is much better than phpBB, because it's easier, and it saves bandwidth (thus faster).

Yabb SE has become SMF. They're from the same creators. Yabb SE isn't updated anymore, but SMF is just better than Yabb SE. I installed SMF last week at my new site, and if you click the link below, you can see how it looks like.

My SMF Forum

Yabb SE and phpBB don't differ too much from each other. In Yabb SE and SMF it is much more easier to install 'add-ons' such as a world map or something like that, because you can do that in the admin section. Both forums are free.

I once had a site with phpBB, and I found out that the forum was a bit slow... So I recommend using SMF.

Here is a list of the websites:
SMF
Yabb SE
phpBB

Invisionboard

Invisionboard has a trial edition, but has the following limitations:

Quote:

Trial Limitations
The trial version is encoded which means you are unable to view the PHP source or modify the PHP source. There are also these hard limits:

* * * 5000 Posts
* * * 1000 Topics
* * * 1000 Personal Messages
* * * 200 Members
* * * Bulk Mailer Disabled
* * * Language Editing Disabled
* * * SQL Toolbox Disabled
* * * No IPB Portal Included
* * * No SSI Export Facilities
* * * No ability to upgrade between trial versions

If you exceed any one of these limits, your board is turned offline and access to your ACP is removed. If you choose to purchase a full Invision Power Board you can upgrade your trial version to a full version so you won't lose your current members, posts, etc. The full version comes with readable source code which means you're free to modify the PHP code for your personal use.

I just use InvisionFree. It doesn't use any of my bandwidth or space and it's fairly easy to customise as long as you're prepared to have a single ad banner on the page.

The only limit is the 16MB space for uploaded files and the fact that there are some parts of the board that you aren't allowed to modify.

Otherwise it includes all of the features of IPB v1.3
