![]() Heh... I thought I'd gone through the entire abandonia list, but somehow I managed to miss this jewel of a game. I remember spening hours playing hexxagon. But once you master the game, the computer isn't much of an opponent anymore, and then it's time to get a friend of yours addicted to the game... Human opponents are so much more interesting

![]() What exactly is the problem?
Imo the easiest boards to learn the game are those with less hexes filled (i.e. less tiles to play on) Look at the moves the computer makes on the highest level and get to understand why. After a while you'll be able to lure it into doing the moves that are most advantageous to you. |

![]() And then what happened?
Every year or so I find myself running through a few boards to see if I can still beat the old thing, regardless of any newer games that probably exist within this genre

![]() First I want to say that it took me forever to finally find the original game! :-) I'm happy now!
Second, I noticed an error in the description. It says it's freeware. It's not. It was originally shareware. Considering that both Argo Software and Creative Software are both gone, there's not much that can really be done about it but I think it's still important to note that the game is actually shareware. |
