Ah sorry.
 You should have been given the option to name the folder before it was created I think, I get that sometimes with local folders, when the window contents don't update in real time for some reason--a bug in the Windows Explorer I guess, not related to FTP.The bit about not having permission to rename is as intended, somewhat primitive but that's how it works.

has this been added somewhere? The SimCity download does not work in DOS despite the article saying it does, it requires windows. I see these forum threads pointing this out but the article hasn't been fixed and I see no DOS version for download yet...
