I have contacted Frodo in the Reloaded Forums on the subject of SD2Classic, and here's what she wrote:

You can uploads it on FTP. We will then add it as Extra for Dune 2. Do you have FTP-Access?

DOSBox has a Mac version, so just run the game and the installer in DOSBox.
Unless the installer was meant for Windows. :x

I haven't been around here for a while and I was happy to find out SD2Classic is now hosted by Abandonia
