Does the 300k version have the music MOD file the review mentioned? And if not, can it be added with sound instructions.

Been uploaded as MP3 along with the review. Maybe Kosta will add it later.

Dunno. Maybe yes. Kosta mentioned something about possibly adding a script that wiull show random shots every time.
Or maybe not. I supplied Kosta with 60-odd screenshots, and that's only the good ones. They were also sorted accordingly to levels and bosses. Took me a few hours to do. :evil:

I must admit, never been a fan of the Castlevania's. I've played a few, also a few freeware clones. Never completed any of them, but as I found the gameplay to be rather tedious, never had the desire to do so.

Try Aria of Sorrow. THE best game in entire series, IMO (have yet to check out Symphony of the Night, however).

Altough after checking out Symphony of the Night I have to say that it aint too bad either - though the combo-spells are infernally difficult to do.

Dude i got to admit like the other people the NES is a whole lot better, but if u talk bad about any castlevania you deserve to be bitch smacked. Im a hugh fan of any castlevania games and to tell u Castlevania 3 on NES is the best review the game and tell me your mind is not changed

I used to play this on my Atari 2600 rip-off called Gemini. I think it also played others like Intellevision And ColecovisionLOL

Does anyone know if you can change the sound settings for this to soundblaster 16? I wanted to see if I could get the adlib sound to work for this.

Start the game with ADL command line parameter:
castle.exe ADL
