Well there's a manua, but here's the most simple way to wxplain:

mount c X:\ (this will set the X drive as your C: drive).
So everything you have on the X drive will be consideted as c:\.
You can add the path to a certain folder, but remember that dos alows only 8 characters.
So if you have games on your desktop it should be something like this:
mount c c:\docume~1\desktop\games

Then when you switch to c: you'll be in your game folder. Everything else is like in real dos.
There's also another command for mounting a CD - so I just suggest you create a folder where you'll put all your DOS stuff in and add these lines to the config file of DOSBox (at the very end).

mount c X:\corect path to the folder
mount d Y:\ -t cdrom (your CD drive)
c:

Now you're in good old DOS (ok emulator). You get full screen with alt+enter. You speed up with ctrl+12 and you slow down with ctrl+F11.

That's it.

Hello there, welcome to the forum!
I'm Stroggy, the nicest member! (and anything another member says that negates that statement is nothing but vile propaganda!)

Servus! Another member from Germany. Good to know not only Norvegians and Croatians rule the forum. :bleh:
Welcome and feel yourself (almost) like home.
Oh, and backslash is above the right Windows-key on the current keyboards. It's the - and _ letter.

He Freddy, no backslash on that spot. Thats the / key, but I need \
I HAVE to do this NOW, otherwise I'll go crazy! Let's see...

EDIT: I have to press my # button to get a creepy backslash. Just for your information. *g*

That doesn't matter in DosBox (and also in Ms-Dos, like I found out not long ago), you can use both. In fact, you aren't able to press the "\" letter in DosBox (at least I'm not able to) so you'll have to use the "/" letter.

Indeed.
Though it's on the "#" letter, on Ö it's the ":" or ";" letter. Learned something new right now...
