This is a very strage question for me, and anyone who's been to belgrave can probably relate. You see in belgrave (Vic Australia by the way
), theres a place called the Belgrave Arcade. Now what is being asked here probably means a place full of colourful lights, the "ping, pang" of pinball machines, and a snack bar with 50 sorts of chocolate bars and coke. Well thats not the arcade we have here. The Belgrave Arcade is a small corridor made of concrete bricks, various organic fast food shops, my dentist, and, last time i checked, a hairdresser. Not a a pinball machine in sight. I dont think theres even a spacies within 20 km of my house
