In the menu, click on "Reviews" below "add stuff", not below "edit stuff".
"Translating Site" is only used for translating the site's "interface", not the reviews. If you can't find the button, PM me and I'll send you a screenshot where you can see which button you need to click on. |

The English version of the review isn't displayed in the admin panel or on your translated page. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
