Since people posted pics before me saying it was the correct answer, I didn't see it necessary to say it was Blood-Pigggy's turn unless all of you were wrong about the games name.
Anyway, I'd say that game is... damn, can't remember the name... I do remember seeing a review of that in some old game magazine. Was there a word Escape in the game?
