Well.. i'm sitting here with my brand new LG u8110... Not that it's a remarkable phone in anyway.. but a rather simple phone..

What's amazing with this, i'll get to...

It started out when i browsed my cell-operators homepage, and just looked at some FAQ's..
Then i decided to chk how much a car-charger for my current phone (Motorola A925) would cost me, and i went to theire online-shop..

Then i saw something... they where selling the LG u8110 for 0 SEK and only charging the prepaid card (250 SEK (26€ roughly)).
I ofcourse booked one, and spread the good news at the phone-forum where i'm active... and ppl started to ask about it..
5 mins after i had booked it, the price was changed to 995 + 250 SEK (normal price) on the site again...
BUT... i recived a confirmation-mail with the 0 + 250 price.. all good i thought, and was happy i had managed to get it realy cheap..
Other ppl in the forum, that tried to book, also got the higher price when they looked at it..
This was about 4-5 AM...
When i woke up, i had a mail where they said it was a misstake on the page, and OFCOURSE the 995 + 250 was the price they where going to take, and if i wanted to cancel the order, i was to fill out a form and send it theire way, and so i did.

2 days later, i get a slip from my post office, where i can collect a packige, and pay 1245 SEK. I realize it's the phone i booked and un-booked, and give the operator a call regarding it...
They tell me; If i just leave the packige at the postoffice, it will just be returned to them, and problem out of the world..

Ok. Problem solved? No.

Today i recive ANOTHER slip... Same sender as my previous... BUT.. it states only 250 SEK

I bring both slips down and ask to see both boxes at the same time; and they are identical.
Same size, same weight...

Hmmmm...
250 OR 1245...

I collected the 250 SEK box, and yepps... there was a phone and everything

So.. now i have a new toy..

Problem is; i have allready a NEC 606, a NEC 616, a Moto a925.. and now a LG u8110..
I use the NEC 616 as alarm-clock, the NEC 606 for holding my CD's in place, and the Moto as my PDA.. So.. i dodo what i'm gonna do with it.. Concidering giving it to Kosta thou... but he has allready got a phone from me, and well... Tom is not an option, as him and electorics is.. bad combo..

well well.. I managed to rip them off, and i dono if they will compain about it.. anyway, i have the law on my side, so it won't matter... *muhahahahaha*

Hope you had a laugh at this also, and it shows why online-booking can fail, and combine that with a sepperat system for delivery.. and you have a total mess
