I got cannot find server message.
Can you ping it?? I'm tending to think that since this happens regardless of the browser your using it may be a system issue, perhaps you should clear your cache in your various browsers, also check your proxy settings. And are you able to login to otherwebsites requiring SSL? Like paypal?

Instructions for a ping >>

Quote:

* * In windows, click on the start button
* * goto Run
* * for windows 95/8/me type command
* * for windows xp, 2k, server2k/2k3 type cmd
* * in the command window type in
* * * * "Ping www.gmail.com"
* * without the quotes.
* * note the results

Pinging won't fix it, but if you get a response of "Response Timed out" or something of that nature your connection is getting cut off. do this, go back to the command window and type in

Tracert www.gmail.com

and paste the result here

The advantages to this browser are virtually endless...
Tabbed browsing, themes, increased security, download manager, and so much more...

One more feature to mention. If you press Ctrl + U or go to View / Page Source you get a full Syntax Highlighting text editor great for all your HTML coding needs! I really do love FireFox it just totally owns at everything!

The only thing I miss is saving a web page as a mht file (instead of saving it as a html + directory full of graphics and other html files). This was a feature I used ofted with IE...

I just installed both, Mozila Firefox and Mozila Thunderbird.

Nothing special, just another browser....

(Already have IE, Netscape 4.7, Netscape 7.2 and Opera)
